RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of direction to the respondents to allow the petitioner being legal advisor to meet Amritpal Singh son of Tarsem Singh, who has been arrested on 23.04.2023 by the respondents under the National Security Act.

After arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the present petition be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the learned Magistrate for redressal of his grievances where rest of the accused have already approached.

In view of the prayer made by counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of, as prayed for. However, if the petitioner files an application before the Court concerned for redressal of his grievances within seven days from today, the concerned Court would decide the same MEENU 2023.04.28 15:54 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
