After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition. He, however, prays that observation made by trial court in its order may not weigh the court at the final stage of the case. In view of above, petition is disposed of. Needless to observe that case would be decided on the basis of evidence led before the court and observation made in any interlocutory order passed would not sway the court.
