SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) This petition is for seeking protection of life and liberty of petitioners, who alleged to have married against the wishes of respondents No. 4 to 7, parents, brother and other relative of petitioner No.1. Learned counsel for the petitioners has limited his prayer for taking appropriate action in accordance with law on the representation dated 06.11.2015, Annexure P-4 made by the petitioners. It has been stated that both the petitioners are major. The date of birth of petitioner No.1Mahni is 02.04.1997 as per copy of Aadhar Card (Annexure P-1) and that of petitioner No.2-Mangal Singh is 01.01.1984 as per copy of Aadhar Card (Annexure P-2). They got married on 06.11.2015. Photographs of marriage are Annexure P-3.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, but without expressing any opinion on the validity of marriage of petitioners, this petition is disposed of with direction to Senior SACHIN MEHTA 2015.11.09 13:48 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document HIGH COURT, CHANDIGARH
