Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the registration of FIR No.7 dated 21.02.2015 at Police Station NRI, Moga for the offence punishable under Section 420 IPC, police has not submitted any final report despite the fact that cancellation report was once prepared. Petitioner, who is named as accused in the FIR, is feeling burnt of this FIR without any reason.

Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Moga to look into the grievance as put forth by learned counsel for the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law with regard to submission of final report in the above referred FIR.
