       Previously, the petitioner had filed a CWP-PIL No. 7 of 2023 before this Court but the same was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the respondent-authorities. On the basis of the said order dated 27.01.2023 passed by this Court, the petitioner had filed a representation which is pending before the respondent authorities. There is nothing on record to indicate that the petitioner has pursued the matter with the respondent-authorities. In view of the previous order dated 27.01.2023 passed by this Court in CWP-PIL No. 7 of 2023, this petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to pursue his representation before the respondent-authorities.
