**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 34 dated 7.11.2015 registered at Police Station Women Kaithal under Sections 363, 366, 344, 212, 370 IPC.

Petitioner is in custody since 23.1.2016. The statement of the victim has been examined. Two different statements had been given by the victim after her recovery which are in contradiction to each other. The allegations are that the victim had been sold. The victim had refused her medical examination after her recovery. The petitioner had placed on record Annexure P-3 to show that the complainant has again performed another marriage.

Without commenting anything on the merits of the case and considering the circumstances and the fact that the trial will take time to conclude, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing local surety and adequate bonds to the satisfaction Gurpreet Singh Bhatia 2016.12.21 10:29 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court Chandigarh
