(ORAL) Instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for issuance a direction to respondent No.3 not to harass the petitioner and his family at the instance of private respondents. Further prayer has been made for direction to SSP, Ferozepur to issue direction to conduct investigation and arrest Jagtar Singh and Harwinder Singh.

Heard.

Without going into the merits of the case, present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur, to look into the grievance of the petitioner as narrated in representation (Annexure P-4) dated 27.10.2014 and convey the decision to the petitioner.
