*** Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 16.09.2025 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, a speaking order dated 13.04.2026 has been passed and the amount which is due as per the said speaking order would be released to the petitioner within a period of one week from today.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 13.04.2026 to the extent that Pay Band-IV has been granted to the petitioner from a wrong date and is also aggrieved by the other aspects. It is submitted that the petitioner is entitled to the said pay band from 12.07.2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the same, the present petition be disposed of but liberty be granted to the petitioner to challenge the said speaking order. 4.
