Learned State counsel submits that out of eight witnesses cited by the prosecution, two have been examined. Prosecution shall endeavor to conclude its evidence at the earliest.
In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition at this stage with liberty to file afresh in case trial does not conclude within a period of three months.
