*** MANOJ BAJAJ, J. (Oral) Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.95 dated 15.06.2014, under Sections 21/22/61/85 of NDPS Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Malout City, District Sri Muktsar Sahib.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner states that during the pendency of this petition, the investigation in subject FIR was completed and final report stands filed before the Special Court and therefore, he does not press this petition in order to raise all these issues at the time of consideration of the said report before the trial Court. The prayer is not opposed by learned State counsel assisted by ASI Satwant Singh.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
