**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No.77 dated 28.08.2015, registered at Police Station Mullanpur Garibdas, District SAS Nagar, Mohali, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 323, 498-A and 34 IPC.

Vide order dated 15.12.2015, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre to enable the petitioner to settle the disputes with the complainant and the parties were directed to appear before the mediation centre of this Court on 23.12.2015. As per the report of the mediator, the Naresh Kumar 2016.10.24 16:33 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh parties have not been able to resolve their disputes.

CRM-M-38727-2015 -2After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, it transpires that there was a dispute with regard to the ornaments which had been given by the complainants to the petitioner.

In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 10.11.2015, passed by this Court whereby the ad-interim anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the condition that the petitioner deposit a sum of `2 lacs in the shape of FDR in the name of child, namely, Jaskaran Singh, before the trial Court, within a period of one month, from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
