*** RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Present writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned order dated 14.11.2019 (Annexure P-2) passed by respondent No.2. Further prayer has been made for quashing the impugned order dated 09.01.2024 (Annexure P-5) passed by respondent No.3 whereby respondents No.4 and 5 have been directed to recover the remuneration of Nambardari from the petitioner which he had received after 14.11.2019 without affording an opportunity of hearing and thus the same is in violation of principle of natural justice; for quashing the impugned order dated 29.12.2021 (Annexure P-4) passed by respondent No.3 whereby the proceedings for appointment of Nambardar stands adjourned sine die under the garb of instruction dated 23.11.2021 issued by the Govt. of Haryana; for directing respondent No.3 to proceed with the proceedings of appointment of Nambardar of village Jaitpur RITTU 2024.04.25 10:11 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
