Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest ? AJAY TEWARI, J (ORAL) Prayer is for grant of pre-arrest bail in case FIR No.151 dated 20.5.2015 under Sections 406,420,120-B IPC, P.S City Khanna, Police District Khanna, District Ludhiana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has argued that the petitioner is the cousin, who has no connection with the crime and has been falsely roped in.

Learned state counsel on instructions from SI Baldev Raj, states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, interim pre-arrest bail granted by this Court, vide order dated 10.11.2015, is made absolute/confirmed. Disposed of.
