Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for quashing of the orders impugned dated 22.07.2021 (P-21) and 06.05.2022 (P-28), both passed by the Information Commissioner, Central Information Commission, New Delhi-respondent No.1; as well as reply dated 06.01.2022 (P-26), filed by Central Public Information Officer, Bank of India, Head Office, Mumbai-respondent No.3.

After hearing petitioner for some time, when this Court was not inclined to entertain the present writ petition on the point of territorial jurisdiction, he wishes to withdraw the same with liberty to avail the remedy in accordance with law before Hon'ble Delhi High Court. 3.
