Learned counsel for the respondent informs that the order dated 16.01.2026 (Annexure P-1), passed in CWP-819-2026, stands complied with as a Speaking Order dated 08.04.2026 has been passed by the Additional Chief Secretary, Government of Haryana, Health Department, Chandigarh. Copy of the said order has been submitted in the Court today, which is taken on record. A copy thereof has also been supplied to the counsel opposite. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition. However, he seeks liberty to assail the correctness of the aforesaid Speaking Order dated 08.04.2026, if so required. 3.

Consequently, the present contempt petition stands disposed of with aforesaid liberty.
