This is a petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 10.03.2025 passed in LPA-986-2022. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that compliance of order dated 10.03.2025 has since been made and hence he does not wish to press the present petition.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent has also supplied a copy of the appointment letter issued to the petitioner, which is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place. 4.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed. Rule discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
