(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking direction to respondents No. 1 to 3 to provide protection to the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondents no. 4 and 5 who are relatives of the petitioners and not to interfere in the peaceful matrimonial life of the petitioners.

The petitioner no. 1 is alleged to have been born on 01.10.1997 as per the secondary examination certificate appended as Annexure P-1. Date of birth of petitioner No. 2 is stated to be 20.04.1987 as per the middle examination certificate (Annexure P-2).

It has been pleaded that the petitioners have got married on 09.11.2015 at Shiv Mandir Ram Vihar, Baltana as per Hindu rites and rituals and the marriage certificate is appended as Annexure P-3 and the photographs have been appended as Annexure P-4. The petitioners have made representation to respondent no. 2 on 09.11.2015 (Annexure P-5) for protection of their life and liberty. State of U.P. and another 2006(2) SCC (Criminal) 478, the present petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no. 2 to look into the above said representation (Annexure P-5) filed by the petitioners in view of the orders passed by this Court and take necessary action in accordance with law and provide protection, if so required.
