(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioners vide FIR No.249 dated 11.09.2017 under Section 61(1) of Punjab Excise Act, 1914 at Police Station Nathana, District Bathinda. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order November 02, 2017, petitioner has joined investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated November 02, 2017, is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
