******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 68 dated 04.04.2015 registered for offences punishable under Sections 21 and 22 of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Kamboj, District Amritsar.
Heard.
Learned State counsel submits that evidence of prosecution, recording of statements of accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C. and defence evidence, has been concluded and the case is now fixed for orders on 01.06.2017.
In view of submission of learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
