(Oral) At the outset, counsel for respondents submit that in case a direction is issued to learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rupnagar to decide the revision petition in a time bound manner, it would suffice the prayer of the petitioner. Considering the entirety of facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a request to Additional Sessions Judge, Rupnagar, who is seized of the matter, to decide the revision petition on top priority probably on or before 31.5.2023.
