This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 72 dated 19.04.2016 under sections 323/341/506/308/148/149 IPC at Police Station Bhargo Camp, District Jalandhar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to order dated October 23, 2017, petitioner has surrendered before the trial court and furnished bail bonds In view of the above, order dated October 23, 2017 is hereby made absolute.
