Learned counsel for the applicant/appellant submits that a compromise has been effected between the parties, therefore, he does not want to press the present appeal and wishes to withdraw the present appeal. 3.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Main case is taken on Board today itself and applicant/appellant is permitted to withdraw the main appeal.
