(Oral) Petitioner-Amarjeet Kaur, aged 45 years has filed present petition i.e. CRM-M-24104-2021 and petitioner-Avtar Singh, aged 48 years has filed separate petition i.e. CRM-M-24067-2021. Petitioners in both the cases have prayed for issuance of direction to official respondents No.1 to 4 not to pressurize petitioner(s) to do compromise with respondents No.5 to 7, rather fair investigation be conducted in case FIR No.0069 dated 23.04.2021 under Sections 120-B, 406 and 420 IPC registered at Police Station, Sector 9, Ambala City, District Ambala, Haryana. Both the petitions were filed in KAVITA NAIN 2023.03.29 13:46 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document order/judgment

2023:PHHC:045997 CRM-M-24104-2021 & CRM--M-24067-2021 - 2 - May 2021, when the investigation in the FIR was being conducted. Counsel for the private respondents No.5 to 7 informs that after completion of investigation, final report under Section 173 (c) Cr.P.C. in the shape of challan has been submitted to the concerned Court on 25.02.2023 and after framing of charges, case is now fixed for prosecution evidence. Faced with the situation, counsel for the petitioner(s) does not press the petition(s), thus, seeks disposal of the same. In view of the statement of counsel for the petitioner(s), both the petitions stands disposed of.
