It is submitted that the prosecutrix-respondent No.3 and the main accused, Rahul, were well-acquainted with each other and intended to marry, but faced opposition from her parents. Infact, apprehending threat from her family, respondent No.3 along with co-accused Rahul had approached the Court seeking protection by way of CRWP-12542 of 2024.
