Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Hardip Singh, Police Station, Taragarh, District Pathankot, submits that in compliance of the order dated 18.12.2014, passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined the investigation and no more required for further custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the interim directions issued by this Court vide order dated 18.12.2014 are made absolute.

The petitioners shall continue to join the investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
