NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J.(ORAL) CRM-37889-2015 Prayer in this application, filed under Section 482, Cr.P.C., is for impleading applicants as respondent Nos.8 and 9 in the array of respondents.

-2A copy of the above criminal miscellaneous application has already been supplied to the learned counsel for the State of Haryana as well as to the Chandigarh administration. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, applicants are permitted to be impleaded in the array of respondents as respondent Nos.8 and 9.

The amended memo of parties enclosed with the criminal miscellaneous application is taken on record. CRM disposed of.

CRM-M-38772-2015 Petitioner No.1-Rittu Rani submits that date of her birth is 30.07.1997 and she is pursuing her Bachelor of Arts from D.A.V.College, Cheeka. She further states that she had solemnized her marriage with Jai Bhagwan (petitioner No.2) with her sweet will and without any pressure. She further submits that she has no danger to her life from any corner. She further states that she does not want to take any action against any person. Petitioner No.2-Jai Bhagwan, who is present in person, also states at bar that he does not want to take any action against any person. However, Rittu Rani and Jai Bhagwan, petitioner Nos.1 and 2 respectively, jointly submit that they may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, at this stage.

-3In view of the above, the petitioners are permitted to withdraw the present petition.

Petitioner No.1-Rittu Rani, who is stated to be confined in Nari Niketan, be released at once, if not required in any other case.
