(Oral) This is a petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail to the petitioner in a case registered against him vide FIR No.293 dated 29.11.2014 under Sections 302, 201, 148, 149, 404, 364, 120-B IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station City Narwana, District Jind. It was alleged by father of the deceased-Amandeep, that his son aged 18 years, has gone to the market in the evening on 28.11.2014 but did not return. He raised suspicion that he had been murdered. Investigation ensued, petitioner was arrested on 21.07.2016. The plea of the prosecution is that the petitioner, in fact, stabbed the deceased and blood-stained knife was recovered. According the FSL report, same matched with the bloodstained jacket and trouser of the petitioner.
