This petition u/s 439 Cr.P.C. has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.114, dated 23.10.2023, u/s 302, 506, 148 and 149 IPC and section 120-B IPC was added lateron, P.S. Bilga, District Jalandhar (Rural).

Custody certificate of the petitioner has been filed in Court today, which is taken on record.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage. 4.
