The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 seeking direction to official respondents for fair and impartial investigation against respondent Nos.6 to 10 in FIR No.33 dated 17.02.2025 under Sections 406, 420, 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Mandi Gobindgarh, District Fatehgarh Sahib.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner further contends that he would be satisfied in case his representation dated 17.02.2025 (Annexure P-3) be decided in a time bound manner.
