**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that prayer made in this petition needs to be explained. Petitioner himself does not wish to have issuance of Scheduled Tribe certificate, however, the said certificate is required while issuing No Objection Certificate by the various department to clarify that by the installation of petrol pump at the given site, no Scheduled Tribe is going to be effected.

Learned counsel further submits that vide memo dated 13.01.2022, office of Tehsildar has already communicated to the office of Sub Divisional Magistrate, Fatehgarh Sahib that JYOTI SHARMA 2022.05.23 16:50 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP No. 11092 of 2022 -2as per record, lease deed dated 23.09.2019 has already been registered in favour of the petitioner.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Ms. Aakanksha, A.A.G., Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the State of Punjab. In view of nature of order which this Court proposes to pass, there is no necessity of calling upon any response from the respondents at this stage, as no order prejudicial to the interest of any party is being passed.

Without meaning anything on the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to take appropriate action on the subject in issue within two weeks in accordance with law from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
