SABINA, J.

Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 challenging the order dated 17.9.2008 (Anneuxre P-13) whereby petitioners were ordered to be summoned to face trial along with their co-accused and order dated 31.3.2010 (Annexure P-15) whereby revision petition filed by the petitioners against the order dated 17.9.2008, was dismissed.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have gone through the record available on the file carefully. Admittedly, petitioners have been declared proclaimed offenders by the Trial Court and they have not challenged the orders whereby they were declared proclaimed offenders. The other co-accused of the petitioners, had admitted their guilt GURPREET SINGH 2015.02.13 15:19 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

Crl. Misc. No. M-7670 of 2011 (O&M) -2 - before the Trial Court and had been convicted and sentenced by the Trial Court vide judgment/order dated 07.4.2009 (Annexure P-16) qua commission of offence punishable under Section 36 of the Punjab Apartment and Property Regulation Act, 1995. Since the petitioners are proclaimed offenders and they have filed this petition through their attorney, no ground for interference by this Court is made out.

Dismissed.
