M.M.S. BEDI, J (ORAL) Pursuant to interim order dated 17.11.2014, the petitioner after having put in appearance before the trial Court has been granted the concession of interim bail in the added offence under Section 307 IPC.

In view of said circumstance, this petition is allowed. Interim order dated 17.11.2014 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions that the petitioner will continue to appear before the trial Court against the bail bonds already furnished and will not absent himself without any sufficient cause.
