, -./ The instant petition has been filed seeking quashing/modification of order dated 05.08.2017 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Amritsar to the extent whereby a surety of Rs. 15 lakhs had been ordered to be deposited for releasing the vehicle Mahindra Scorpio bearing registration No. PB-07-G-0028 on Superdari in case bearing FIR No. 244 dated 30.10.2015 registered under Sections 379, 411 of the IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Jandiala, District Amritsar.

  Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner contends that despite best efforts made by them, the petitioner is unreachable and not in his contact.
