**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. This is a petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of extension of interim bail in case FIR No. 358/2018 dated 08.9.2018 under Sections 34, 120-B, 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC and Sections 4, 5 and 6 of the Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978, registered at Police Station Sadar Fatehabad. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 10.6.2021, passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CRM-M-37242021, the petitioner was granted interim regular bail upto today i.e. 25.6.2021 on the ground that the wife of the petitioner was suffering from Multiple Left Renal Calculi and Urinary Infection and her surgery was to be performed. Learned counsel further submits that the surgery upon the petitioner's wife was performed on 21.6.2021. He further submits that the GURPREET SINGH 2021.06.25 14:15 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh petitioner's wife is still under observation and treatment and prays that the

CRM-M No. 24127 of 2021 -2interim regular bail granted by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court on 10.6.2021, may be extended.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Ms. Upasana Dhawan, AAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State and she does not have any objection in case the interim regular bail is extended. Keeping in view the after surgery treatment of the wife of the petitioner, the interim regular bail granted to the petitioner on 10.6.2021, is extended for two weeks.

The petitioner is directed to surrender before the jail authorities on 10.7.2021.

The petition stands disposed of.
