***** RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for seeking direction to respondents No. 2 and 3 in case FIR No.261 dated 05.11.2018, under Sections 420, 406 and 120-B IPC (later on added Section 4 of Prize Chit Fund and Money Circulation Scheme (Banking) Act, 1978) at Police Station Civil Lines, Bathinda to adhere to the instruction issued by office of DGP, Punjab vide instructions dated 24.05.2009. With further direction to respondents No.3 and 4 not to harass the petitioner and protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members, at the hands of respondents No.4 to 7.

CRM-M-19169-2019 --2-- have illegally obtained favourable report in their favour. Therefore, the investigation may be transferred from respondent No.4 to some other competent authority.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, but without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3Senior Superintendent of Police, Bathinda, to get the matter investigated under his active surveillance through some officer of his choice having impeccable reputation of honesty and decide representation dated 15.04.2019 (P-6) moved by the petitioner, by passing a speaking order after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
