The complainant has stated that since his daughter Meenu Rani respondent No.2 has solemnized marriage with petitioner Danish Akhtar Ali @ Rahul son of Mohammad Shahed on her own and that she is a major and that the parties have since effected compromise and he has no objection if the matter is allowed to be compounded on the basis of this settlement and has lend credence to his affidavit which has been placed on record by him. statements of respondent No.2 Meenu Rani and the petitioner namely Danish Akhtar Ali @ Rahul, the Court has shown its satisfaction that the compromise has been arrived at voluntarily, out of free will of the parties, without any undue influence, coercion or pressure. In the light of the satisfaction shown by the Court and the affidavit filed on behalf of the complainant who has come present, being a pure case of run away couple who have solemnized marriage, together with the fact that compromise will go a long way in ironing out differences for betterment of future life of the parties and in view of the law laid down in %&'( !&()* + !,',- .(/'0 '(1 '(,*-2 #3$ #2&4&('5$ 3 and %6.57&(1-2 !&()* '(1 ,*-28 + !,',- .
