(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner in case FIR No.239 dated 17.08.2018 registered under Section 61 of Punjab Excise Act, 1914 at Police Station Phillaur, Police District Jalandhar Rural, District Jalandhar. On instructions from investigating officer, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 12.09.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
