(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of pre-arrest bail to petitioners in case FIR No.106 dated 26.07.2018 registered under Sections 452, 323, 341, 427, 148 and 149 IPC at Police Station Dayalpura, District Bathinda. On instructions from investigating officer, learned State counsel submits that petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 12.09.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
