This is a petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 7 dated 09.01.2017 under sections 18, 25 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Sirhind, District Fatehgarh Sahib, Punjab.

On a query being put to learned State counsel about the time it would take to conclude its evidence, it is submitted that prosecution shall endeavor to conclude it at the earliest.

In view of above, learned counsel submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn.
