This is a petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 104 dated 15.06.2015 under Sections 364-A, 506 & 120-B IPC at Police Station Basti Bawa Khel district Jalandhar. Allegation against the petitioner is that he demanded ransom from the complainant and took an amount of `1,75,000/-. In view of nature of allegations and gravity of offence, I am of the considered view that petitioner does not deserve the concession of bail at this stage. Dismissed. November 26, 2015 (RAJAN GUPTA) Ajay JUDGE AJAY KUMAR 2015.11.27 16:01 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
