(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case registered by way of FIR No.218 dated 20.09.2016 at Police Station Ferozepur Jhirka, District Mewat under Sections 148, 149, 323, 325, 506 IPC (Section 324 and 326 IPC added during investigation).

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in compliance of orders of interim bail dated 07.11.2016 passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined investigations which is not controverted by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Satbir Singh, Police Station Ferozepur Jhirka, who submits that the petitioners are no longer required for further investigation and nothing is to be recovered from them and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute. However, keeping in view the stand of the Investigating Officer and the stand of the State, the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide SUNIL DEVI 2017.02.06 16:11 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-39732-2016 -2- order dated 07.11.2016 is made absolute on the same terms and conditions till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C.(challan). Thereafter, petitioners will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
