Prayer in this petition is for setting aside the judgment dated 03.06.2015 (P2) passed by learned trial Court whereby directions were issued to the SHO, Police Sation Sadar Sri Muktsar Sahib to register a case against the petitioners, with a further prayer to quash all the consequential proceedings emanating from FIR No.60 dated 09.06.2015 (P3).

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, wishes to withdraw the present petition. Permitted to do so.
