(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C., petitionerSahil Kumar, has prayed for grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 165 dated 13.09.2015, under Sections 323, 324 and 506 IPC (Section 324 IPC was deleted and Sections 307/201 IPC were added later on) at Police Station Lalru, District SAS Nagar (Mohali).
Learned counsel for complainant-Rajat Kumar has filed Vakalatnama on her own, though he has not been impleaded as party. The same is taken on record. Office to tag the same at the appropriate place.
