This is a petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 419 dated 31.10.2013 under Sections 392/397 IPC at Police Station Sampla, district Rohtak.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Dharambir Singh, who is present in court, submits that out of 35 witnesses cited by the prosecution, 19 have already been examined. Prosecution shall endeavor to conclude its evidence at the earliest.

In view of above, Mr. Gandhi submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn.
