(ORAL) The petitioner herein seeks the relief of anticipatory bail in the criminal case pertaining to the FIR bearing No.67 dated 22.05.2021 registered at Police Station Bareta, District Mansa, under Sections 323, 452, 148, 149 IPC, wherein the offence under Section 325 IPC is stated to have been added later-on.

Today, learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Harpal Singh of Police Station Bareta, District Mansa, apprises the Court that in compliance of the order dated 13.07.2021 as passed by the Co-ordinate Bench, the petitioner has joined in the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required and moreover, he is also not involved in any other criminal case of the similar nature. Keeping in view the above-said submission as made by learned State counsel, the instant petition is allowed and the relief of interim bail, as extended to the petitioner by the Co-ordinate Bench vide the said order dated 13.07.2021, is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall continue to join in the investigation as and when required/called upon to do so and shall also strictly abide by all the conditions as laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
