  This petition has been filed for directing the official respondents to get the detenue-Ekta (minor), aged about 16 years, released from the illegal and unlawful custody of the private respondents. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the instant petition as he has instructions to do so. Learned State counsel does not dispute the same. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
