#$ !% Report dated 28.01.2015 of learned Additional District Judge, Patiala has been received whereby after recording statements of complainant Dropti and the accused persons namely Bhagwanti and Karam Chand @ Kammoo, the Court has shown its satisfaction that the compromise has been arrived at voluntarily, out of free will of the parties, without any undue influence, coercion or pressure. Heard.

In the light of the fact that parties are closely related to each other and the offences for which the accused have been hauled up are not of heinous nature and the satisfaction shown by the Court together with the fact that compromise will go a long way in resolving the personal dispute and putting back to the rails the relationship between the parties and would be conducive for their future life, the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.288 dated 24.09.2013 registered at Police Station Kotwali Patiala, District Patiala under Sections 307, 34 IPC and all consequences arising thereof are quashed.

The petition stands allowed in those terms.
