(ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 125 dated 06.09.2017 under Sections 304-B, 316, 149 IPC (Annexure P-1) (summoned as additional accused under Sections 304-B or in the alternative Section 302 and 316 IPC in Session Case No. 15 of 2018). This Court was pleased to pass the following order on 12.09.2018 :- "Learned counsel for the petitioner herein contends that he has been summoned to face trial under Sections 304-B or in the alternative 302 and 316 IPC on an application moved under Section 319 Cr.P.C. It is also argued that in the investigation that was conducted he was found innocent and was kept in column no. 2. CRM-M-39832-2018 therefore, further investigation is not required. Notice of motion for 31.10.2018.

In the meantime, arrest of the petitioner is stayed for a period of one week and he is directed to appear before the trial Court and furnish bail bonds and on doing so the trial Court shall release him on bail subject to its satisfaction. However, it is made clear that in case the petitioner does not appear before the trial Court within the stipulated period of one week any interim protection granted today shall stand automatically vacated."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the order dated 12.09.2018, the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court, furnished bail bonds and has joined the proceedings. Learned counsel for the respondent-State, does not dispute the factum of appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court and furnishing bail bonds and joining proceedings.

Since the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court, furnished bail bonds and has joined the proceedings, no further orders are called for.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
