The above fact is duly acknowledged by learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Pritpal Singh, by submitting that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required in this case.. In view of above, the interim order dated 27.10.2017 is hereby made absolute, subject to the conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and the present petition stands disposed of.
