Instant petition has been filed under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, alleging violation of order dated 29.08.2024, Annexure P-2, passed by Writ Court in CWP-21170-2024.

At the outset, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the instant contempt petition with liberty to take recourse to the remedy available to the petitioner in accordance with law qua order dated 04.12.2024, Annexure P-4, passed by respondent No.2. 3.
